– The incumbent will carry out the tasks assigned to him/her by the Company’s Board of Directors related to academic teaching and curriculum development.
– The incumbent should have a high level of familiarity with internationally recognized English proficiency tests and the CEFR.
– The incumbent will develop and implement new English language curricula and teaching resources for a range of different proficiency levels.
– The incumbent may also from time to time be requested to conduct academic work related to other international curricula as may be adopted by the company.
Job description
– Development of English language curricula and teaching resources based on the instructions of the company;
– Review and revise existing English language curricula and packages on a regular basis;
– Create and deliver training programs and all the necessary accompanying materials aimed at familiarizing teachers with how to use the new English language curricula and teaching resources;
– Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job requirements
– Be a native-speaker and hold a valid passport from English-speaking countries;
– Have completed a four-year program university (B.A., B.S., et cetera) in the field of English or Linguistics;
– Have an accredited TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certificate;
– Have a clear background check;
– Possess qualities of diligence, flexibility, open-mindedness, cultural sensitivity and patience;
– Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with international English proficiency examinations (PEIC, IELTS/TOEFL/…). Experience in curriculum development is a plus.
